Here we have gathered information that is useful to know before, during and after your stay.

Booking & check-in

• Your booked room is available from 16:00 and parking space from 11:00. 11.
• The easiest way to check in before your arrival is to do it yourself directly on your mobile phone via the AeroGuest app. Follow the instructions in the welcome email that arrives a few days before your arrival date. Find out more about digital check-in.
• If you prefer to check in at a staffed reception, please have your reservation number ready on arrival. For information on reception and its opening hours, see here.
• Late arrival? If you are not able to check in during our opening hours, the reservation must be prepaid. Contact us and we will help you.

Parking

Hotel
The hotel has 80 garage spaces distributed in the eastern and western hotel building and 60 outdoor parking spaces near the hotel. See map for more info.
Book your parking space directly at the time of booking or call the reservation at 0346-375 00. If you have not booked a parking space, you are welcome to park in the department store’s large customer parking lot.

Motellet
When booking a motel room, a parking space adjacent to the motel is included.

Payment

When you book accommodation with us, the stay needs to be prepaid. When booking online, you have the option to pay directly by Swish or card. If you book by phone, we will send you a payment link where you can easily make the payment with your card. You can also pay for your accommodation directly on your mobile when you check in via the AeroGuest app. Our receptions are cashless for both environmental and security reasons.

Check-out

You can check out at the hotel reception or via the “AeroGuest” app by 11 am. If you have nothing left to pay, you can use our instant checkout box.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included for all guests at the hotel. Breakfast is served Sunday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Here you will find rolls/bread, cold cuts, skimmed milk, yogurt, cereals, boiled eggs, and hot dishes such as bacon and scrambled eggs. You can also make your own waffles. The buffet also offers gluten-, lactose- and milk-free options.

• If you are planning an extra early start to the day, you can pre-order breakfast packages at the hotel to take away. Please inform reception no later than 20:00 the night before.
• When booking a motel room, you can add the hotel breakfast buffet at the time of booking.
• You are welcome to buy breakfast at the hotel even if you are not staying with us. We offer drop in subject to availability.

Applicable breakfast facilities for residents at Ulla

Please note that Ulla is an accommodation where breakfast is not included or available on site. Breakfast packages are available to order from Macka & Jos in the department store for SEK 69 containing sourdough roll with cheese or turkey, yogurt or overnight oats with topping and coffee / tea. The breakfast package is enjoyed on site at Macka & Jos to maximize your shopping time. To book the breakfast package, add it as an option at the time of booking.

Guest room supplement

Put the finishing touches to your hotel stay by ordering one of our guest extras for your shopping trip. A charcuterie tray as an appetizer before the evening buffet or perhaps something sweet to enjoy after dinner. Our packaged guest extras can be ordered when you book online or retrospectively at least 24 hours before arrival.

Free WiFi

At the hotel and motel in Ullared you can surf for free. At Ulla, WiFi is available in the rooms and public areas. Connect to Destination Ullared, no login details are needed and it is completely free.

Pets

Pets are allowed at Ulla. Pets must not be left alone in the rooms. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the Gekås Ullared area.

Shopping trolleys

There are shopping cart parking lots around the department store, in Gekåsbyn and outside the Hotel and Motel. We appreciate if you return your shopping cart to the designated place. It is not allowed to bring shopping carts into any accommodation and this is for safety reasons so that the accommodation can be quickly evacuated in case of fire. The trolleys also have rather sharp edges that damage walls and furnishings.

Forgotten things

Please make sure you do not leave anything behind after your stay with us. We are not responsible for forgotten items, but we will try to help you get them back to the right owner. Please contact us as soon as possible after departure if you have left anything behind.

Smoke-free

Please note that smoking is prohibited in all buildings, rooms and Cabins. Violation will be charged with the cleanup cost.

Bed linen

Bed linen is not included when staying at Motellet or Ulla. Book bed linen and towel at the time of booking or let the hotel reception know on arrival. Bed linen rental is 80 SEK/set, including a shower towel.

Security and safety

There are many guests staying with us and moving around in our area. Therefore, remember to drive carefully and keep a low speed throughout Ullared. Should you need urgent help, call SOS on 112. If it is not an emergency, Gekås staff are on site around the clock and can be reached via Gekåsbyn’s switchboard on 0346-375 00. At night, Securitas night watch is available to help you. Defibrillators are located in several places in Ullared and if you want to know where they are located, see the map you receive on arrival or read under visitor information.
