Hotel, Motel, Ulla, Shoppinglängorna and Stugbyn residents have access to their accommodation from 16:00. Booked parking space is available from kl. 11:00.

If you have booked a camping pitch, you have access from 15:00.

Check-out for accommodation is no later than 11:00 and for campsite no later than 15:00. You can check out digitally via the “AeroGuest” app , at the reception or in our quick check-out boxes located in Gekåsbyn and at the hotel’s reception desks.

The easiest way to check in before your arrival is to do it yourself directly on your mobile phone via the AeroGuest app. Follow the instructions in the welcome email that arrives a few days before your arrival date. Read more about digital check-in.

• Your camper must be set up in accordance with the current rules of the Fire Authority.
• The vehicle must be reversed and positioned in front of the site sign, with a minimum distance of 4 meters between the camping units.
• Only one towing vehicle per rented camping pitch is allowed. Other vehicles are referred to the guest parking lot.
• The campsites have 10 amp electrical outlets and EU plugs.
• Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee access to the TV signal via the antenna sockets.
• Access to all the facilities of the service building is included in your camping fee.
• Our campsites vary in size, so please specify both length and vehicle type at the time of booking.
• Tents and awnings are allowed on the campsites*, however, please note that the majority of our pitches are on gravel*On our gravel pitches in the 300 area and on motorhome pitches with electricity, the use of awnings is allowed. However, the pitching of awnings is not permitted.

All of our accommodations, except for the Hotel, Skogslängan and Shoppinglängan, are rented on a self-catering basis. This means that guests bring their own bed linen and towels and are responsible for cleaning the accommodation before departure.

Final cleaning and bed linen sets can be added to your booking, either during the online booking process or by contacting us by phone or email.

You can pre-order a takeaway breakfast when making your accommodation booking, or contact one of our receptions during your stay. Simply pack your breakfast at the Bistro and bring it back to your accommodation.

We want all our guests to wake up well-rested and ready for a new day of shopping. To ensure everyone enjoys a good night’s sleep, we ask that the area remains quiet and peaceful after 11:00 PM.

Please note that smoking is prohibited in all buildings, rooms, and cottages. A cleaning and sanitation fee will be charged in the event of a violation.

Smoking is also prohibited in playground areas, around hot tubs, and at the entrances to our shared facilities.

All barbecuing must be carried out with care and at a safe distance from any flammable materials. Please use our designated barbecue areas or the barbecue plates provided throughout the area.

Please check carefully that you have not left anything behind after your stay with us. We are not responsible for lost property, but we will do our best to help return forgotten items to their rightful owner.

The hotel offers both garage and outdoor parking close to the building. You can reserve a parking space when booking your room or by contacting us. Choose between booking in the East, West garage or in the South outdoor parking lot.See map for more info. In the garages there is the possibility of electric car charging. Please note that it is not possible to reserve specific charging points. If you do not have pre-booked parking, you are welcome to use the department store’s customer parking.

When booking a Shoppinglänga accommodation, one parking space is included adjacent to your accommodation. Electric vehicle charging is available; however, specific charging spaces cannot be reserved.

When booking a room at the Motel, one parking space is included adjacent to your accommodation. Please note that electric vehicle charging is not available at these parking spaces; however, charging stations are available in the department store parking area.

When booking accommodation in the Cottage Village, one parking space per accommodation is included and located adjacent to the cottage.

* *The 8-bed cottage includes two parking spaces.

When booking a room at Ulla, one parking space is included adjacent to your accommodation. Please note that electric vehicle charging is not available at these parking spaces; however, charging stations are available in the department store parking area.

Hotel/Motel: Parking is available in the Gekås visitor parking area.

Cottage Village/Campsite: Parking is available in the visitor parking area located at the entrance to the Cottage Village.

There are several EV charging stations located throughout the Cottage Village and around the department store area.

At the Sports Bar, you can pre-book a delicious breakfast buffet featuring American-inspired dishes and Swedish favourites.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate but can easily be added when making your reservation.

Please note that breakfast is not included or available on-site at Ulla.

At the Sports Bar in the department store, you can enjoy a generous breakfast buffet featuring American-inspired favourites such as scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes, alongside freshly baked rolls, yoghurt, muesli and fresh fruit. Start your day with a relaxing breakfast right in the heart of the department store.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate but can easily be added when making your reservation.

Put the finishing touches to your hotel stay by ordering one of our guest extras for your shopping trip. A charcuterie tray as an appetizer before the evening buffet or perhaps something sweet to enjoy after dinner.

Pets are welcome in the Dog Cottages, Compact Cottages, and Apartments in the Cottage Village, as well as at Ulla.

For the well-being of your pet, animals must not be left unattended in any pet-friendly accommodation.

Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the Gekåsbyn area.

A dog park is located by the bridge at the entrance to Gekåsbyn, where dogs can run freely off leash.

During peak season, parking at the department store can be very busy. To make things easier for our accommodation guests, we operate our own shopping bus between Gekåsbyn and the department store.

At the campsite, you have access to modern service buildings equipped with all essential facilities, including kitchens, showers, toilets, and disposal facilities for portable toilet cassettes. (Disposal for fixed waste tanks is also available on-site.)

One of the service buildings also offers laundry facilities and a dog wash station.

Shopping trolley parking areas are available around the department store, throughout Gekåsbyn, and outside the Hotel and Motel. We kindly ask that you return your trolley to the designated area when you are finished with it.

For safety reasons, shopping trolleys are not permitted inside any accommodation. This ensures that buildings can be evacuated quickly and safely in the event of a fire.

If you would like to explore the area by bike, bicycles are available for rent at the Activity Reception, located in the heart of Gekåsbyn.

Cots and high chairs can be pre-booked at a cost of SEK 80 per stay. Exceptions are motel rooms, where only a highchair can be booked, and shopping carts, where only a cot can be booked.

If you are staying in the village and have children who have recently stopped wearing diapers, please let us know when booking and we can provide mattress covers.

All accommodation in the cottage village with bunk beds has fall protection.

Fall protection for the Motel is available on request.

Children aged 2-11 years eat for a reduced price at the evening buffets in the hotel restaurants. If you have booked an accommodation package with an evening buffet, you are welcome to contact us to make a price adjustment.
