At Gekås Ullared we offer a two-year warranty on all our products. If you wish to claim under the warranty you must have a valid receipt, or a copy of your receipt.
If you don’t have your receipt but you know when you purchased the item and the exact cost of your purchase, we can try to find the receipt for you, thereby solving the problem.
You can’t claim under the warranty if the problem has been caused by incorrect handling of the product. Some products have a longer warranty period. After the two-year warranty has expired, you should contact the manufacturer.
