Right to complain over a three-year period
If you want to make a complaint about a product you have the right to do so over a three-year period. It is up to you as the customer to prove that the problem has been caused by a manufacturing defect.
Return the item to us with the original receipt or a copy of it. If you make a claim, we will reimburse your postage costs subsequently, if you send us a receipt for the costs involved. Reimbursement may take the form of a credit note or payment to a specified account.
Don’t forget to include the sort code, account number and your telephone number or email address.
