Open purchase

At Gekås Ullared, we always offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. This means you can exchange an item for another product or receive a full refund. If you do not have your receipt, Varubyte can recreate it using the purchase date and total amount. If you paid by card, this information can also be found on your account statement.

Returns with receipt or bank statement

Bring your receipt and the item in its original, unopened packaging, and we will assist you. If you do not have a receipt, Varubyte can issue a new one if you provide the purchase date and total amount. If you paid by card, you can find the purchase date and total amount on your bank statement.

You always have access to your bank statement via your online banking, or you can visit your bank in person to request one. Refunds for items purchased with a card will be processed as soon as possible and returned to the same card used for the purchase.

Return the item to ss for a refund

If you live far from Ullared, you can return the item within the return period and receive a refund. For open purchase returns, you are responsible for the shipping cost, and you can only receive a refund—not exchange the item for a new one.
