Bus operators

Before your trip

Here you will find information that is good to know for upcoming trips to us in Ullared. On site, you can always turn to Customer Service in the department store for help. When Customer Service is closed, you can turn to Varubyte outside the checkout line. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at buss@gekas.se.

Pre-register your bus trip

Don't forget to give us advance notice of your arrival at least two days before your departure. This allows us to plan the staffing of the department store. In the pre-arrival notification, please indicate your arrival time and departure time. When you have pre-registered your arrival, you can pick up a Bus Bonus booklet in Customer Service with vouchers for food, coffee and other offers (only for drivers and hostesses).

The easiest way to register is to send an e-mail to buss@gekas.se, you can also call and pre-register your bus trip to Customer Service on tel. 0346-375 00 (+46 346-375 00).

Registration

When you arrive, please register at the Customer Service desk inside the store. If possible, we would like the driver and hostess to arrive at the same time. When registering at the Customer Service desk, it is important that you take a queue note and wait for your turn, so that our Customer Service staff can help everyone in turn. Bus bonuses are awarded to all drivers and one hostess per approx. 50 passengers (1 bus).

Book an overnight trip

For those on longer trips, overnight packages can be a good option. In addition to accommodation, you can also book breakfast, lunch, coffee and dinner. With us, you get every tenth Cabin or hotel room free of charge and you have free cancellation of accommodation up to 4 weeks before arrival. Send your request to gekasbyn@gekas.se and we will return with booking suggestions.

Book a day trip with food

Offer your travelers a package with travel and food, coffee or lunch with Gekås value card.

The vouchers can be loaded with any amount between SEK 40 and SEK 150 and can be picked up in Customer Service, or at the Hotel reception. We also have the opportunity to send the value cards to you via PostNord.The minimum number of vouchers that can be ordered is 15.

When pre-registering, please let us know if you wish to order a voucher. You will then receive a link to an order form. An invoice will be sent after the order has been processed. Remember to order your vouchers well in advance of your visit, at least fifteen days before. If you order your vouchers fifteen days before the collection day, Gekås will give you a ten percent discount on the total value.

Day rest

Gula villan is now a training facility and is not available for day rest. Instead, it is now possible to book a room in a semi-detached house in Gekåsbyn. It costs SEK 300 / occasion and then includes bed linen and towel. Cleaning is not included, but you have to clean up after yourself. There is a limited number and we can unfortunately not guarantee access. Booking is made via email to gekasbyn@gekas.se. Couples' cabins are booked in advance and are available on a first come, first served basis. Key cards for Parhuset can be picked up at the hotel and there is space to park the bus on the gravel field at the gravel field in Gekåsbyn.

Bus signs

If you want a sign with Gekås Ullared's logo to put in the front window, they can be picked up in Customer Service.

Register bus company

Here you fill in the contact details of your bus company and from which locations you are departing. Once submitted, your bus company will be searchable for all travelers looking for a shopping trip by bus to Gekås Ullared.
